Office Policies

All office visits are appointment-only. Please call, text, or email to schedule an appointment - contact information can be found on our contact page.

Please be on time for your appointments. Late arrivals will be charged for the full appointment time. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows will need to pay for missed appointments up-front before receiving more treatments.

Free consultations are required for all new clients. We will discuss medications, underlying health issues, and treatment goals. All consultations include a 15-minute trial treatment session.

If you need accomodation for disability or accessibility, please let us know before booking an appointment. We will do our best to accomodate you.

We do not work directly with insurance, but we are registered to receive insurance payments. Clients will receive an invoice that they can submit to their insurance provider along with a self-filed claim.

Please note that some insurance providers will require pre-authorization before they will cover any treatments.
